Room prices are established by the individual properties and are not within
the control of OLDCITY TOURISM . OLDCITY TOURISM makes no warranties or guarantees
regarding room prices and/or availability.
OLDCITY TOURISM is solely responsible for the reservation process and makes no warranties,
either express or implied, about the properties and/or property information featured
on this site.
OLDCITY TOURISM is not responsible for failed or incomplete reservations due to
credit card processing errors, or technical, software or Internet
transmission problems.
If any of these problems occur, OLDCITY TOURISM can not guarantee the availability
of hotel room inventory or listed room prices.
By submitting your credit card and booking information, you agree that you have
read and accepted BOTH the above policies, including
the Cancellation Policy, AND
the Terms and Conditions for this Web site.
Payment
You will need a valid credit card in order to confirm a reservation. Your credit
card will be debited when your reservation has been confirmed; unless you
are otherwise informed and will be charged in the local currency of your destination
for the amount equivalent to the published rates.
Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided via email once all necessary local arrangements have been made on your behalf. Reservations
made during the week will in normal circumstances be confirmed within 24hrs. Confirmation
of reservations made over weekends and/or public holidays may however take slightly
longer. If for any reason you do not receive notification please contact
