The hotel was founded in 1930, is a beach front boutique hotel located near Bilbao International Airport in the exclusive Neguri area. Next door to the El Abra Marina and the El Abra Yachting Club. Near the La Galea golf course and BEC, the Bilbao Exhibition Centre. Equidistant from Bilbao city and Bilbao International Airport, with expressway connections and easy access to the main expressways to France, San Sebastián, Santander, etc.
Just opposite the hotel entrance the promenade along the beach provides a very pleasant area to take a walk regardless of the season. Underground station next to the hotel (Neguri stop) 5 minutes from the hotel.
