The hotel was built in 1900, renovated in 2004 and consists of 100 rooms on 7 floors of which 20 are singles and 80 are doubles. The bedrooms, small in size, are basic but functional. 12 rooms overlook the Piazza Venezia.Floors are in marble or "cotto". The bathrooms are small but in good condition, with tiled floors. Interior of the hotel is decorated with pieces of contemporary modern art supplied by young artists. Rooms on the top floor have skylights windows.
