| | » Restaurant | | | | The Matyas restaurant is situated in the basement of the hotel and is arguably one of the city's most famous restaurants. Popular with locals and tourists the restaurant is always busy. This renaissance style restaurant is based in the cellar with beautifully painted arched ceilings and pillars. Waiters can be seen dressed in traditional 15th century clothing and live gypsy music is provided during lunch time and in the evening on certain days throughout the year. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served here and the Hungarian menu is well worth experiencing. |
