The resort is built on the side of a cliff, overlooking the mysterious and fascinating Caldera. These 17th century caves, carved into the rock, were modified into elegantly designed luxury suites and have been decorated in the traditional island style with antique furniture and objets d'art. The rooms are superbly appointed in the tradition blue, cream and white Cycladic colours. They are built in the traditional cave style with stone washed white walls and vaulted ceilings. The thick white walls keep the rooms fantastically cool in the summer heat. Each has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with a tub or a hydro-massage jet shower and a private verandah with magnificent views of the Caldera and Aegean sea. All suites are air-conditioned and are equipped with satellite TV, a mini bar, a fridge, a radio, a direct dial phone, a safe deposit box, a hair dryer, bathrobes, slippers and other comfort amenities.

This is a fabulous luxury property ideal for couples, in a quiet area of the island. All rooms have great sea views. Children under 13 are not allowed in the hotel, helping to maintain the tranquility of the hotel. Oia village is close enough for an evening stroll or dinner. (12/07 AC)

The property is built in to the side of the cliff. It starts on the road level and spreads down the cliff side with a pool towards the bottom of the complex. The hotel also boasts the advantage of being the only property of it's type with a lift transporting you up and down the various levels of the complex.

The hotel complex is made up of this hotel and it's sister all suite hotel next door. Available to guests are a gourmet a' la carte restaurant (indoor & outdoor seating), a pool side restaurant, and 2 pool bars. All over look the sea. A selection of 3 breakfast types are offered: continental, American and healthy option. These are served individually direct to the guests room, enabling them to enjoy breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea.

A fantastic location on the cliff side, overlooking the famous Caldera, sunsets and crystal Aegean waters, the hotel is situated just outside the pretty traditional village of Oia (Ia). Oia is characterized by its quaint whitewashed houses, adorned with bright pink flashes of bougainvillea, and its picturesque cobblestone alleyways. The village has a great selection of tavernas, cafes, bars and shops. It is in the north of the island, 12km from Fira Town, 18km from Santorini Airport, 22 km from the main port. The nearest beaches are Ammoudi which is a 15 minute walk or Baxedes which is 1.5km away.
