This deluxe hotel, which was once owned by the Empress Eugenia de Montijo, was renovated by an efficient team of architects, archaeologists and restorers. The result of the refurbishment is this marvellous Renaissance palace where the three cultures that lived in Toledo can be appreciated in different parts of the hotel. Retaining part of its original faade and structure it has been meticulously redecorated. Relax can be found in the luxurious spa and Adolfo Muoz, the most renown restaurateur in Toledo, offers a fine cuisine for the most refined palates. The hotel has 39 rooms of which two of them are suites, three, junior suites and ten, superior rooms.
