coyaba's rooms are furnished plantation-style with large french doors leading to private balconies. ocean deluxe rooms have two double beds. rooms are situated on first, second and third floors, there are no elevators.

there are 3 restaurants in the hotel. the main restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and serves international food as well as caribbean specialities. the poolside bar/grill serves snacks such as sandwiches and salads. in the evening guests can visit the casual restaurant/bar located above the lobby.

set within a 4 acre site, the property is located 5 miles east of montego bay and 10 minutes drive from the international airport. the beach borders the full length of the property.
