Originally the summer residence of the earl donini family. Built in the ' 600, has been restored in the ' 700 with paintings and frescoes of the famous perugian artists Giuli and Appiani, which still today decorate the walls and ceilings of many rooms. The two villas, "costanza" and "laura", have been completely restored and are connected by a glass panelled walk with scenicpark.
