this is a grey building with five floors. it has big, wide windows and balconies on the new wing.

the rooms vary in size, fifty per cent of them being medium and the remaining fifty per cent being large. all the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition. they are upholstered in black and cream with wooden furniture.

the elegant restaurant is a very peaceful, calm room with a balcony facing the sea of galilee. it has blue carpeting, wooden tables and chairs and is upholstered in brown and orange with maching table-cloths and napkins.

the lobby is medium in size and very elegant and impressive. there is a balcony facing the lovely view of the sea of galilee. there are seating areas with iron furniture with grey upholstery.

this hotel is located at the entrance to tiberias on the shores of the sea of galilee. it is five minutes walk from the city centre and the shopping centre. yardenit is ten minutes drive away.
