the hotel is large and modern in appearance, with large areas of glass on all sides.

bardens restaurant serves up a wide variety of international and traditional cuisines from our executive chef. also sharing in the panoramic views of the city it is the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast and evening meal. the conor bar, with a modern and contemporary design, which maximises the impact of the panoramic views of the south east, is the perfect haven for a relaxing drink. there is food served monday to saturday in the bar from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm and again from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

the lobby is large with plenty of seating areas. there is a long reception desk and stairs leading to all bedrooms. the decor is bright and modern.

this hotel is located on the opposite side of the river to waterford city. coming from dublin via carlow and kilkenny, drive straight through the roundabout on to the rosslare/ new ross road (n25) and it is the first avenue on the left just past waterford plunkett railway station. situated on 38 acres of gently rolling parkland it commands stunning views of the river suir and the city, which is literally at its feet.
