The conference hotel was built in 2002 beside a main road and consists of a total of 92 rooms on 3 floors, of which 88 are doubles and 4 are suites. Guests are offered a large foyer which contains lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. There is also a cosy hotel bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (childrens highchairs are available on request).
