the hotel has 210 rooms, each having a balcony, music system, telephone, private bathroom and wc and the air-conditioning (only available between 06:00 - 08:00, 14:00 - 17:00 and 20:00 - 02:00, when the temperature is approx 28c). most rooms also have a sea view.
all inclusive food & drinks
the ai programme consists of breakfast (07:30-09:30), lunch (12:00-13:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. during meals wine, local soft drinks, water and local beer are offered. afternoon tea time with cake & cookies is between 16:00 & 17:00. locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, ouzo, wine, brandy and soft drinks are served at the snack bar area from 10:00-23:30.

the hotel grounds include gardens, a large swimming pool with a special pool for children plus a playground, tv room and games area. sports included in the all inclusive programme are tennis, table tennis, billiards, mini-golf, volleyball and basketball. live music takes place every week.
