A recently decorated, well maintained property with friendly staff. (07/05) me. a two storey typically greek looking modern building. rooms are medium in size and pleasantly decorated. they are carpeted, have wooden furniture and white walls giving them a light airy feel. all have balconies, television, telephone, air conditioning and heating and tiled bathrooms. the restaurant is open for breakfast to all guests and can be prebooked (for groups only) for lunch and dinner. it has been recently redocorated and now has cream and white walls and dark wood furniture complimented by red and white table linen. it is medium in size and can seat up to 80 people. the lobby is small to medium in size, with a small reception desk and a comfortable seating area. it has been recently redecorated and is well maintained. this hotel is located towards the top of the main high street which runs through kalambaka. shops, restaurants and bars are all within a few minutes walk from the hotel. the main tourist attractions of the area are the meteora mountains upon which are sitauted monastries. these are a 15 minute drive from the hotel. the nearest large town is trikkala which is a 20 minute drive away by car. the train station is about 500 metres from the hotel. the closest airport is in thessaloniki, 250 km away.
