The hotel is accommodated in a residential apartment building. the hotel will provide digit codes for clients to enter.despite this being a 1 star property the hotel provides very good services: there are soft drinks and biscuits on offer in the lobby and clients have free unlimited internet access. ( 0705/ss ). this is a traditional building. the rooms are of medium size. they are decorated in a blue and yellow provencal colour scheme. all rooms are equipped with a little kitchenette. they are in good condition. the bathrooms are generally small and in good condition. there is a very small breakfast area next to the reception desk. the reception and lobby are located on the first floor, accessible by lift or via the staircase. it is a small but cosy area, which includes also the breakfast area and a desk with internet access. the hotel is centrally located and just a few steps from the promenade des anglais.
