This hotel is good value for money in excellent location for shopping and the sea front a short walk away. ( 04/04/ss ). it is a traditional building. the rooms are decorated in a modern style in soft colours. the size of the rooms vary but in average they are of medium size. both rooms and shower rooms are in good condition. the breakfast room is located on the ground floor at the back of the building facing the inner court yard. the lobby is very small, decorated in a modern style. the hotel is located opposite the train station and close to all of nice's main shopping areas.
