A very nice, good quality 4-star hotel, which comes highly recommended for its comfort and its service. the exterior of the hotel is traditional, looking like a large burgundy house. all the rooms are very spacious, soundproofed and air-conditioned, with all modern amenities. all bathrooms generally have separate bath tub and shower cabin. bathrooms and toilets are separated. the bedrooms have been decorated with a lot of taste, in a traditional, yet contemporary, style. the restaurant is very elegant, with a beautiful fire place for winter month and a large shaded terrace for summer month. it is housed in a 19-century wine grower's house which is adjacent to the hotel building. there is also a first-floor room, which can be privatised for seminar or candle-light dinner. the lobby is medium in size, but very wellcoming. there is a very inviting lounge area with a large fire place and large leather armchairs, as well as a bar area. the hotel is located very close to the city centre, facing the city walls. the town centre and the famous hospices de beaune are a few minutes walk only.
