This is a well maintained property that is popular with families. the hotel has the obligatory sauna and swimming pool for the use of guests. overall this is a good standard of budget accommodation in turku. this is a modern, grey concrete building, as is much of the city's architecture. the rooms are medium sized, clean and modern. they are simply furnished with pine floors with peach or blue soft furnishings. there is a comfortable feel throughout despite the lack of 'extra' touches. bathrooms have been renovated and are in good condition. the restaurant is modern. the lobby area is quite small and there is not a lot of seating. however, at one end of the reception there is a large bar/ restaurant. the hotel is centrally located in the heart of turku, close to all the town's shops and restaurants. it is approximately 10 minutes from the railway station on foot.
