Completed in 1952, the year of the Helsinki Olympic Games, the hotel has retained some of its 1950s modernism, which can be noticed in the hotel corridors. The cosy lobby with its gin & tonic bar, also exudes a similar ambience. Relatively small size of the hotel enables an unique personal touch with each individual guest. All the hotel rooms are located on the 9th floor of the building, out of reach of the street noice and offering a splended sea view from some of the rooms and the breakfast lounge.
