the rooms are medium in size, simply decorated. all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone and most of the rooms are with sew views.

the restaurant is medium in size, tastefully decorated. it serves rich buffet for breakfast and dinner. it serves local and international cuisine.

the lobby is medium and simply decorated, and also there is a bar which serves drinks throughout the day.

the hotel is located in mamoura area, few min walk to the montazah royal garden, 20 min from the city centre.
