the park beach hotel rests peacefully in a forest of pine and eucalyptus trees, right on limassolâ's longest stretch of sandy beach which has earned the european blue flag, minutes away from local shops, restaurants, and the towns busy night life and on route to limassolâ's centre which is just 3 km away.

all 108 rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and equipped with private en-suite bathroom/shower, split units heating in the winter and air conditioning in the summer, colour television with satellite channels, direct dial telephone and either a private balcony or terrace. fridges (on request - extra charge).

there are two restaurants, one in the main building and one open air under the trees. buffet breakfast, lunch and three weekly speciality buffet dinners, including the cyprus night with folk music and dancing. a pool side bar transforms into a cosy cocktail bar with live music in the evenings. there is also a snack bar by the swimming pool, as well as two other bars & a lounge area. all lunches & buffets, except the cypriot night are available june to mid october (weather permitting) at the open air mesoyios tavern.
sports & leisure
a fresh water pool, with a sun terrace and a peaceful grass lawn which extends the entire width of the hotel. water sport facilities (available at special rates), aqua diving (50 metres from hotel), sauna, gym and jacuzzi and video games. for the children there is paddling pool and playground.
