A hotel of modern design offering all the facilities one would expect of a hotel of this category. lh07/05. this is a modern, high-rise block with a pool at the rear. it is surrounded by greenery. the medium sized rooms are clean and functional, even if the decor is reminiscent of the late 1960s/early 1970s. the colour scheme is based on beige, orange and brown. the rooms are comfortable but a little basic. the restaurant is to the rear of the hotel and leads directly onto the pool terrace. the restaurant has a high ceiling and features large panoramic windows. the lobby is modern and very minimalist in design. it covers a large area with low ceilings and adequate seating area. the lobby leads onto a coffee bar area and features many shops and boutiques. the hotel is situated on the northern bank of river maritsa, near the fair ground and the old town.
