Mostwastl is a piece of Salzburg tradition and well loved among locals as a centre of all things gourmet. This is a typical Austrian guesthouse that offers comfortably furnished rooms, some with four-poster beds and all maintaining a traditional country ambience. For city hoppers, this is only really to be recommended if travelling by car, unless you don't mind a bit of a ride into town on the bus. Either way, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
